This is Leon, one of Blair's friends.
I suppose he is half human, half animal/demon.
Still figuring it out.
He's affected by Blair's pheromones though, but don't think too much of it.

He lives in the woods because Momo loves attention and scares people in the city.
Talking tails are quite unusual.
